REVOLUTION of WOMEN
The most surprising finding that we have discovered in these 7 years of teaching free of charge about the benefits of Attention to the Present, is that 92% of our almost 100,000 followers on social media, are WOMEN of between 35 and 65. In our trips to Conferences and similar events, we have noticed that women are always overwhelmingly in the majority. It seems that the SENSIBILITY that is required to AWAKEN AWARENESS is closer to the NEEDS and MOTIVATIONS of women. Well, let us see if we CAN LEARN from this striking FACT and encourage a SIMPLE proposal to AWAKEN AWARENESS and help to reduce HUMAN SUFFERING.

Exercises to awaken an AWARENESS of MYSELF, an AWARENESS of OTHERS and an AWARENESS of NATURE
Regularly practise these 3 simple exercises when you wake up and when you go to bed for 3 minutes each. However, the most important thing is that you incorporate them into your daily life and practise them while you seek to BE IN HARMONY WITH YOUSELF or to COMMUNICATE with someone or take a decision that AFFECTS LIFE or NATURE.
1.Exercise to awaken AWARENESS of MYSELF as I HUG MYSELF
I pay attention to the SENSATION of my breathing while I HUG myself
2.Exercise to awaken my AWARENESS of OTHERS
I pay attention to the SENSATION that I FEEL for OTHERS without assessing or judging it. If I JUDGE I do not become distracted and I continue FEELING what I feel about THEM
3.Exercise to awaken my AWARENESS about NATURE
I pay attention to the SENSATION that I FEEL for NATURE without assessing or judging it. If I JUDGE it, I do not become distracted and I continue FEELING what I FEEL about IT.
