Am I sharing what’s good for me with other people?

Learning to attend intentionally is a lot more than the personal solution to my stress, anxiety or depression. Learning to attend intentionally is healthy not just for me. It’s healthy for others and for the world around me.

To live in the present make me discover the NEED to SHARE this healthy resource of zero cost, WITHOUT CONDITIONS and in a SOLIDARY way. Showing that discovery to others is a necessary part of my personal growth.

The healthy calmness that comes from taking care of me intentionally and without resisting what I live, impel me to share with others what is good for me. To live in the present dilutes the chains of my self-centeredness and with it the illusion that I’m separated from others. I begin to experience that I’m only in relation to something. That what is good for me I NEED to SHARE IT with others. That being human is being humanity.
