Module I – Attention to the present (2 sessions)

Module III– Attention to the present.Presence (3 sessions)

Learn to train yourself to pay attention to the present moment.
Attention to the present can become a mental and emotional health resource incorporated into our daily lives.
Recovering the direction of our life is possible if we learn to be aware of what happens inside and outside of us.
Being aware of this, there is the possibility of change and of leading a full and balanced life. We can all learn.

Course of attention to the present in family (2 sessions)
This course will be available from November 20, 2017

Learn together with your children the basic aspects of attention to the present.
The sooner you learn, the better the results will be.
In addition, doing something meaningful and stimulating together improves family relationships.

Mindfulness for teachers (9 sessions)
This course will be available from November 20, 2017

In this 9-session course, educators can receive training on mindfulness.
This is essential for teaching it in the classroom. Without a doubt, the students will thank you and ask for more.
Take this course and free yourself of insecurities and fears. This is not about learning techniques but about learning a different way of life.

Self-Observation Practices Module I (8 sessions) These courses will be available from January 1, 2018

Self-Observation Practices Module II (5 sessions) These courses will be available from February 19, 2018

Self-Observation Practices Module III (4 sessions) These courses will be available from March 26, 2018

If you want to go deeper into self-observation, this course is a good beginning.
Here we will deal with subjects such as insensitivity, resistance, identification, desire, fear, etc.
You will find some theory and many practical exercises that will help you to question yourself.

Training area of attention to the present
The training area will be available from November 1, 2017 and it will include a free tool to train your attention.
You will be able to choose the kind of exercise and the time you want to practice.

A certificate of participation will be issued at the end of the courses
