What kind of inner change do I need to contribute to others’ inner peace?
Contribution made by Esteban Rojas Nieto. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain
When we calm down, when we access internal peace, our attitude toward ourselves, toward others, towards the world, and life in general, changes. That is what inner change is all about: assuming the responsibility of the CHOICE to live in peace with ourselves, with others, with the world, and with life in general.
The responsibility of the CHOICE to remain intentionally attentive to what we live. Attentive to the present we will be able to observe and understand how we think and how we feel.
We can discover our automatic responses. Especially those that lead us to suffering and that end up bringing suffering to others.
Being attentive to the present, we will learn that the CHOICE of our answers arises from our inner peace. Only then will it be possible for us to contribute to Everyone’s Peace.
The inner change we need to contribute to Everyone’s Peace depends on our CHOICE.
